Dr. Althea Gentle Retinol Serum activates the cell regeneration process, thus improving the condition of the skin: evens out the texture, reduces pores, prevents inflammation, increases elasticity and firmness.

The product has a gelatinous texture, is absorbed without leaving a sticky feeling. The dispenser bottle prevents oxidation of the formula, preserving the beneficial properties of the serum in the long term.

Contains 0.1% retinol (1000 ppm), a form of vitamin A, which stimulates cell regeneration. Retinol normalizes sebum production, thus preventing oily sheen and the appearance of comedones. Stimulates the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Lyses microrelief, reduces pores and reduces the depth of wrinkles. To reduce possible irritation caused by retinol, the formula includes bakuchiol, a plant ingredient that stabilizes vitamin A.

Additional active ingredients:

Bakuchiol: a plant ingredient with a similar action to retinol, stimulates regeneration, making the skin smoother and more even. It does not cause irritation and is suitable for sensitive skin.

Panthenol (vitamin B5): accelerates the healing process, soothes and moisturizes, improves the barrier functions of the epidermis and strengthens the natural protective layer.

Birch sap: contains vitamins, fructose, sucrose and organic acids. Nourishes with minerals, tones and maintains the smoothness of the skin.

Soybean oil: has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, restores the skin's protective barrier, reducing the effects of UV radiation.

Blue Complex-HR: a plant complex consisting of extracts of jasmine, yarrow, lavender, sage, chamomile and borage. Soothing and emollient, have an antioxidant effect.

Allantoin: soothes, accelerates healing, acts as an antioxidant and helps reduce sensitivity.

Tocopherol (vitamin E): helps smooth wrinkles, tones, accelerates healing and reduces peeling, restores lipid balance.
